Key Accountabilities:


  • Management and supervision of Service Sales and Customer Support activities, meeting given KPIs.
  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve department goals and company objectives.
  • Ensure all activities are in accordance with Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality Management System, Compliance and HSE.
  • Plan, maintain and monitor OPEX/CAPEX, using available budgets effectively and efficiently according to department requirements.
  • Continuous strategy development and execution of business plan.
  • Prepare and submit reports based on assignment.
  • Development and continuous improvement of processes and employee skills. Identify training needs to support evolution of products and solutions portfolio.
  • Cooperation with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, customer support and strategy
  • Special Assignments.


Qualifications and skills:


  • Degree in Engineering
  • At least 10 years working experiences in sales and service operation of diesel engines, including minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
  • Experience in site operation.
  • Strong leadership and human relations skills, self-driven for taking initiative, team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills, result-oriented, working independently, contribution to team success.
  • Excellent track record in achieving business targets, strategy development and successful execution.
  • Customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent in networking with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in written & spoken English
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP
